Final changes were made and you can now find the criteria and application on the website.

The Ohio Association Officials will be meeting at 11:00 a.m., prior to the September Semi-Annual Members Meeting is on September 9, 2012 at the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387. All officials are welcome to attend.

OFFICIALS RE-CERTIFICATION:

As you all are aware with the conclusion of the past Olympiad (2008 – 2012) all officials will have to re-certify for the new Olympiad (2013 – 2016). As a Reminder before re-certification can take place you must be a current member of USATF. Consider purchasing a four (4) year membership to coincide with your re-certification.  By purchasing a 4 year membership your certification stays intact for a 4 year period. In addition by purchasing a multiple year membership you will save a little money.

The 2013 – 2016 officials credential will be color coded by levels i. e., Apprentice (green), Association (blue), National (red), Master (black), Emeritus (silver) and Hall of Fame (gold).
As in the past each individual will be required to complete a rules review at your current level.  Now is the time to advance levels if you have met the Associations’ requirements.  Information regarding re-certification will be sent in mid-September.
