Opening session will be Thursday, November 29, with closing session once again Sunday morning, 2 December.  Click here for Workshop and Annual Meeting information and registration site.

Cross Country Championships:
Please forward me your association open cross country championship dates and locations.  The AEC is hoping that each association is offering an Open and Masters Championships as well as their Junior Olympics Championships.  Cross Country is probably the easiest championship for associations to host and to grow a competitive event – the distance can be longer or shorter, it can easily be appended to an existing event including the Jo’s.  Most associations can run themselves.  We just need to make sure that we publicize each level of the event that we are offering at our championships. This is one sport where associations can offer a real service and well populated championship to their members, along with a vehicle to draw potential members.

The Association Resource Center is your one-stop for information!
The online resource center is divided into five key areas to support Association leaders. Here you will find training modules for everyday tasks like date of birth verifications, resources specific to your position like medal order forms and accreditation information, and much more. The Association Resource Center is continually updated to ensure all Associations have the necessary resources available, day or night.
