Athletes can only enter this meet on line through www.coacho.com
The entry deadline is 10:00 pm Wednesday, June 11th.

Entry Fees
Triathlon/Pentathlon  $ 10.00          Heptathlon/Decathlon  $ 16.00
Proof of Age Required
 Athlete must provide proof of age for verification before they can enter this meet.
Submit a copy of any of the following: Birth certificate, passport, drivers license, certified baptismal record, or US Government Identification to:

2014 USATF Membership Required
Athletes must have USATF membership number in order to enter this meet.
Purchase membership number on-line at www.usatf.org (preferred method) or
call membership chair at 937-837-5069 before June 1st.

AWARDS

USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
USATF Junior Olympic ribbons will be awarded to 4th, 5th and 6th places.


ADVANCEMENT TO REGION 5 CHAMPIONSHIPS

All competitors will qualify for the USATF Region 5 Track & Field Championships
July 10th & 11th at Laidley Field in Charleston, West Virginia

Region 5 meet is the qualifying meet for the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships
July 21st - July 27th at Humble High School, Houston, Texas
